To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, property sponsors activities. One way this is done is by way of the property-sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, property sponsors a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. They then hope to see their members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by either property or other members! As a property member, you will also get exclusive access to their online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which property is present.

The property member app offers various features that enable the community to engage with each other, as well as the property team. Among other things, the property app offers you the ability to find/comment/like and create events hosted by property and other members. It also offers the ability to talk to your housemates in your house group.
